Vinyasa

- All Levels -

In this beginner to intermediate class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses that links breath and continuous movement as well as strengthening-holds as we build to a “peak pose”.  This class is designed to be suitable for both beginners looking to get their feet wet AND for the experienced yogi looking for a challenge.

Focus + Align

- All Levels -

This ‘All Levels’ class is designed to allow yogis to deepen their practice by breaking down poses, leading up to a peak pose.  Teachers will provide modifications and demonstrations throughout the class. These classes will bring awareness to alignment, increase strength and flexibility.   Don’t let the slow pace fool you, we will keep you toasty.

Skills + Drills

- All Levels -

It’s time to get creative and step outside of the traditional class structure.  In skills + drills you will work on different innovative drills that will help improve the potency of your practice.  This class structure allows us to breakdown movements and give them more attention, allowing us to strengthen and deepen our practice.  This is an all level class and there will always be modifications but prepared to get gritty.

Vinyasa

- Intermediate / Advanced -

In this intermediate to advanced class, you will be challenged through a series of yoga poses that links breath and continuous movement as well as strengthening-holds as we build to a “peak pose”.  This class is designed to explore more difficult postures.

Focus + Align

- Intermediate / Advanced -

This ‘Intermediate / Advanced’ class is designed to allows yogis to deepen their practice by breaking down poses, leading up to a peak pose.  Yogis will be challenged as we focus on a series of methods that help us build towards more complex poses. These classes will bring awareness to alignment, increase strength and flexibility.

Rest + Restore

- All Levels-

Rest + Restore is suited for all yogis looking to slow down and reset.  As humans, we are constantly moving from one activity to the next, making it difficult to slow down and replenish our mind and body.  In this restorative class, you will use simple prop setups, low to the ground guided poses, and meditation that will help promote a deep mind-body release and healing.
